Description

This Halloween I cosplayed as Ms. Frizzle. I drafted and constructed my costume which included a 3 teir petticoat, a dress with over 100 weather themed appliqués, lightning bolt earrings and I styled my own wig. Picture was taken compliments of Verity Harden.
